Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Reporting Analyst in Altomonte Springs, FL. This person will be onsite 2 days per week (Fully remote is not an option). The contract duration is 12 months. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst to join our Dashboard and Reporting Team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for an intermediate to senior-level professional with a strong background in developing and building Workday HR reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, worksheets, and Prism. The successful candidate will not only focus on development but will also play a pivotal role in enhancing our team's knowledge and offering valuable insights into guidance offered through various key partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and build Workday HR reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, worksheets, and Prism
- Collaborate with team members to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Assist in the development of reporting solutions that support business objectives and decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices
Requirements
- Intermediate to senior-level experience in Workday reporting and analytics
- Proven experience in developing Workday HR reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, worksheets, and Prism
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Ability to work onsite 2 days per week
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
