We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst to join our Dashboard and Reporting Team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for an intermediate to senior-level professional with a strong background in developing and building Workday HR reports, dashboards, discovery Boards, worksheets, and Prism. The successful candidate will not only focus on development but will also play a pivotal role in enhancing our team's knowledge and offering valuable insights into guidance offered through various key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and build Workday HR reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, worksheets, and Prism.
- Collaborate with team members to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Assist in the development of reporting solutions that support business objectives and decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate to senior-level experience in Workday reporting and analytics.
- Proven experience in developing Workday HR reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, worksheets, and Prism.
- Ability to work onsite 2 days per week.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, data visualization)
