Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management & Compensation Administration:
Manage and maintain compensation data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support testing of Workday compensation configuration and business processes
Serve as a point of contact for Workday compensation-related inquiries
Has workday HCM HR configuration Experience
Has workday HCM HR conversion Load Experience
Has Workday HCM Conversion Mapping experience
Example: Strong understanding of Workday supervisory org structures, job profiles and position structures and how to facilitate the conversion into these structures
