HRIS Coordinator-Workday (3-month) Contract
Orlando, FL
Reports to: Director, HRIS
POSITION OVERVIEW
The HRIS Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all business partners that require HRIS solutions. This position is responsible for the receipt, review, solution and assignment of all HRIS service desk tickets/inquiries as well as documenting all related processes and resolutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serve as first point of contact for incoming HRIS employee issues/requests
Receive, log and classify all incoming HRIS Service Desk tickets in Happy Fox system
Assess and resolve all tier-one items
Assist with user login issues, data errors, report assistance, data inquiries in Workday HCM
Reassign tickets to outside areas if opened incorrectly - Pass to HR Ops, IT, Finance, etc.
Prep and reassign all tier-two items to HRIS Analyst/Leader as necessary
Coordinate with external departments for multi-function requests
Perform troubleshooting and provide guidance to system users
Logging into Workday, performing basic ESS functions
Document and escalate issues from field managers regarding reporting, and functionality issues
Assist with creation of basic training documents/SOPs for new functionality in partnership with Learning & Development
Document HRIS processes and Helpful items in shared repository
Work closely with Admins/Coordinators in Recruiting/Talent/HR Ops and HR Field
Complete assigned in-system Workday Tasks and To-Do items as assigned to HR Administrator role
Assist with user security permission validations and recommendations for corrections and reassignments
Run existing system reports and perform data validation based on scheduled timelines in preparation for payroll processing
Perform basic data updates to employee Workday profiles, compile data and prep EIBs and research/recommend correction to data discrepancies in Workday HCM

Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
Ability to keep system data and personal information in strictest confidence.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Demonstrated functional understanding of all areas of HRIS systems with Workday.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, faxes, and filing cabinets.
