Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Workday HCM Consultant's to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of Workday solutions and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Workday system to meet our clients' needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and consulting skills to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes related to Workday.
- Configure and implement Workday modules, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Workday system, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on Workday functionalities.
- Develop documentation for system design, configuration, and user guides.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest Workday features and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
Skills
- Proficiency in Workday Data Services (WDS) for data integration and management.
- Experience with .NET development for custom integrations or extensions.
- Familiarity with ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles to design robust solutions.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services for deployment and hosting solutions.
- Experience with Pegasystems for business process management is a plus.
- Ability to perform system design tasks that align with business objectives.
- Proficient in Linux environments for server management and application deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to vaticinate potential challenges before they arise.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
1. Workday Reporting.
Technical Skills
Workday expertise: Proficiency in Workday HCM, payroll, and finance modules is essential.
Reporting tools: Experience with Workday reporting, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) is necessary.
Data analysis: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with ability to create custom reports and dashboards.
SQL and Excel: Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with ability to write queries and create spreadsheets.
Business Acumen
HR or finance background: Experience in HR, finance, or accounting, with understanding of business processes and operations.
Business analysis: Ability to analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with stakeholders and IT teams.

Workday experience: Minimum 2-4 years of
2. Workday Integration
Technical Skills
1.Workday expertise: Proficiency in Workday HCM, payroll, and finance modules is essential.
2.Integration technologies: Experience with integration tools like Workday Prism, EIB, or third-party tools like Informatica, Talend, or Dell Boomi.
3.Programming languages: Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
4.Data formats: Understanding of data formats like XML, JSON, or CSV.
Business Acumen
1.Business analysis*: Ability to analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions.
2.Process understanding*: Knowledge of business processes and operations, especially in HR, finance, or payroll.
3.Communication*: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with stakeholders and IT teams.
Experience
1. Workday experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience with Workday implementation, configuration, and support.
2. Integration experience: Experience with integrating Workday with other systems, like HRIS, payroll, or financial systems.
3. Project management: Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Soft Skills
1. Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
2. Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and finance.
3. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and integration technologies.
