Duties:
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Negotiating job offers and managing candidate expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role
- Knowledge of talent acquisition techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with WorkDay
- Strong understanding of employee relations and internal recruiting processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
