Who We Want
As a trusted advisor to an expanding, diverse group of Carson Wealth offices across the country, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership in driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies that align with growth goals, regulatory standards, and client service excellence. You’ll play a critical role in attracting high-caliber advisory, operational, and support talent while advancing a strong, diverse, and client-focused culture.
What To Expect
- Act as a strategic talent partner to Carson Wealth leaders, aligning recruitment strategies with business goals, growth initiatives, and succession plans across advisory and support teams.
- Own and lead full-cycle recruitment for client-facing roles such as Relationship Managers, Client Service Associates, and niche operational and compliance roles within the wealth business.
- Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements, market positioning, compensation expectations, and competency profiles based on evolving client needs and regulatory trends.
- Build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for high-impact and hard-to-fill roles through market mapping, proactive sourcing, and relationship management, especially within financial advisor and client service communities.
- Leverage data and talent intelligence to provide market insights, candidate trends, and compensation benchmarking that inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Champion a white-glove candidate experience, ensuring each touchpoint reflects the firm's client-first philosophy and high standards of professionalism.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Legal, and HR to ensure hiring processes adhere to FINRA/SEC guidelines, internal policies, and risk standards.
- Partner with local networks and universities, to build employer brand recognition, understand local markets, and source candidates.
- Strengthen campus and early career programs, identifying top emerging talent for advisory development programs, internships, and rotational pipelines within the wealth unit.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners to support organizational initiatives, mentorship programs, and long-term talent planning.
- Represent Carson Wealth at conferences, recruiting events, and wealth management forums to build networks and enhance visibility in key talent markets.
What You Need
- Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within financial services or professional services industries
- Proven success managing full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, assessing, and closing mid- to senior-level talent
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with business leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to engage talent for hard-to-fill-roles.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities; adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for both internal stakeholders and external candidates
- High level of discretion and professionalism; trusted to manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Comfortable using recruitment data and insights to inform strategy, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
- Deep understanding of candidate experience and employer branding best practices, particularly in relationship-driven industries like wealth management
- Up to 25% travel required
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience recruiting in the financial advisory or wealth management space, including exposure to roles such as advisors, client service associates, operations, and compliance
- Hands-on experience leading or supporting campus recruitment and early career programs, particularly for finance or advisory talent
- Knowledge of innovative sourcing methods, including diversity sourcing strategies, passive candidate engagement, and CRM/talent communities
- Proficiency with UKG applicant tracking systems or other similar recruitment tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) a plus

The total rewards expected for this role include:
- Starting annual base salary between $80,000 - $109,525.
- Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
