Workday Financials Lead – 2 Year Contract

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financial Lead to support our Healthcare client on a 2-year contract. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of Workday Financials while providing leadership and expertise across financial systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support the Workday Financials suite, ensuring optimal system performance
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of four, ensuring alignment with business needs
Oversee and manage Workday Financial security, including role assignments and access approvals
Configure business processes and develop custom financial reports
Ensure a strong understanding of Workday and Adaptive Planning, including data integration and security alignment
Partner with key stakeholders, providing strategic financial system insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

Strong Workday Financials experience, with a strong emphasis on configuration and reporting
Knowledge of Adaptive Planning and its integration with Workday Financials
Strong understanding of Workday Financial security frameworks
Ability to effectively configure business processes and develop financial reports
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
Healthcare industry experience is a bonus
