Our client, health science solutions company that provides technologies, expertise, and services to support research, development, and diagnostics across life sciences and diagnostics, is looking for someone to join their team as a Payroll Administrator. This role is fully remote!
*This is a 3 month W2 contract*
In this role, you will be processing biweekly multi-state US and Canada payroll of approximately 2,600 employees using Dayforce and process one-time payments sent through Workday (tuition reimbursement, R&R’s, sign on bonuses, etc.).
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide high level of customer service to entire employee population
- Field employee questions with the time keeping system, Dayforce
- Audit and maintain employee files within Dayforce
- Correspond with other departments, as needed, to ensure tax and labor regulations are followed
- Audit pay period data and correct processing messages related to taxation and other payroll related errors
- Prepare manual checks and ACH payments when needed
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- DayForce system experience
- Multi-state payroll processing
- Knowledge of MS Office
