Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IDM Project Manager in Lowell, MA. Responsibilities: The IDM Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing tasks related to the development and deployment of our internal IDM solution. This role requires a solid project management skills, strong skills and experience with software development lifecycles, and a solid understanding of identity and access management concepts. Roles and Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Utilize agile or waterfall methodologies (or hybrid) as appropriate for the project
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, IT professionals, and business stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels
Identity Management Expertise
- Gain and maintain knowledge of Company IDM concepts, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance
- Understand and document the technical requirements and challenges of implementing an IDM platform
Documentation And Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues
- Provide regular updates to management on project status
Requirements
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with specific IDM and HR technologies (e.g., Workday, Azure AD)
- Experience with scripting or programming languages
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
