Job Title: Global HR Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking two Global HR Service Delivery Managers to support the VNDLY project, one technical and one non-technical. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing HR Service Delivery strategies to enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, and improve process efficiency. Candidates should have a strong background in HR systems, service delivery, and contingent workforce programs.
Technical Role Requirements:
- Previous HR Systems experience with SaaS solutions (e.g., Workday, Workday VNDLY, or other cloud contingent worker platforms).
- Functional knowledge of contingent workforce processes.
- Expertise in VNDLY configuration and administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Non-Technical Role Requirements:
- Extensive experience in HR Service Delivery and Contingent Workforce Programs.
- Strong understanding of HR process optimization and employee self-service models.
- Ability to manage and enhance HR service channels (web portal, phone, chat, mobile).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR Service Delivery strategies to optimize HR processes and employee experience.
- Act as an employee advocate, ensuring service exceptions and escalations are properly addressed.
- Collaborate with HR departments and Global Business Services (GBS) to align expectations and enhance service delivery.
- Analyze employee feedback and identify process gaps to continuously improve HR services.
- Define and track HR service performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve HR process inefficiencies and compliance risks.
- Support financial analysis and cost-saving initiatives in HR service operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HR policies.
- Develop and implement communication plans for process updates and organizational changes.
- Provide subject matter expertise on technical problem-solving and analytical HR system processes.
Additional Information:
- Travel may be required for this role (domestic only; no international travel).
- The candidate must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of HR technology trends and best practices.
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
