Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and have experience implementing and optimizing Workday systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and consulting skills to effectively analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their HCM needs, ensuring alignment with Workday capabilities.
- Implement and configure Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their Workday investment.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolutions in a timely manner.
- Develop documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements, advising clients on best practices for leveraging new features.
- Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information transferred to the Workday platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant or similar role with a strong understanding of HCM processes.
- Familiarity with technical skills such as JavaScript, .NET, MySQL, SOAP, DHCP, GPO, and Simulink is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence and vulnerability management principles related to cloud security is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

Pay: $64.91 - $70.24 per hour
