Our direct, F100 client is looking for a lead-level Change Management Consultant to join a long-term project involving a transition to and implementation of Workday HCM (migrating off of Peoplesoft). Qualified candidates will have a strong organizational change management background in HR organizations - ideally having worked on a Workday implementation specifically. This is a long-term contract position with the possibility for conversion (22 months initially) that can be performed remotely but must follow an ET schedule (approx. 8am - 5pm ET)
Musts: - Strong background in organizational change management practices
- Experience conducting change impact assessments at an enterprise level
- Experience documenting business and process changes for an HCM implementation (ideally SaaS similar to Workday)
- Experience coordinating training and documenting training materials for large scale business transformations
- MS Office Suite: Beginner - Intermediate skill set (Intermediate - Advanced PowerPoint skills)
