Our client, a global financial service and digital payments company, is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst, Workday. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering process documentation, enterprise analysis, and solutions to our business stakeholders spanning across People tools, but not limited to those. You will be involved in cross-functional initiatives supporting all types of activities such as process documentation, process analysis, gap analysis, discovery phases, requirements gathering, testing, training, post-implementation support. As a Senior People Systems Analyst, your goal will be to help our client grow efficiently by building and scaling our People business systems, including the Workday platform.
This position is a remote 8-month contract with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without requiring H1B visa sponsorship. The hourly rate is $55.86, W2 + paid holidays through Talent Table. NO C2C.
Responsibilities:
- Recommend, develop, and implement effective/strategic system solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
- Work closely with business partners, developers, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps and enhancement opportunities to mature the Workday infrastructure (Org, Job, Comp, Security, etc).
- Design and implement new methods and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the processing and flow of information within the company, leveraging Workday best practices.
- Support documentation of requirements, configuration, test plans, and user acceptance criteria for user stories and functional delivery.
- Perform program unit tests based on sample data, stipulated functional test conditions, and stipulated expected results; resolve any issues of functionality (i.e., debug program logic errors).
- Support application configuration, system integrations, as well as incident resolution.
- To accomplish this, you will partner with other teams in our HR departments, Payroll, and Finance.
Some projects you will work on:
Auditing our Workday instance and subsequently improving foundational components like organization structure, data hygiene, security model, job architecture, and business processes.
Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior People Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility on Workday.
- In-depth experience with Workday cross-functionally HCM core.
- Workday security, business process design, and core experience beneficial.
- Experience with HCM Core setup and architecture of Workday.
- Previous roles in a high-growth, tech environment.
- Familiarity with leading cross-functional projects and interacting at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building skills coupled with the ability to develop consensus.
- Experience in lieu of education is acceptable.
