Position Summary:
The HRIS/Workday Specialist will act as the subject matter expert for the organization’s HCM, and provide frontline support, training, and improvements to the HCM.
Ownership:

Partner with department leaders to help define business requirements, implement, test, and deploy changes to business processes.

Serve as a core business partner and subject matter expert for People Team processes and administration.

Developing, documenting, and maintaining current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance.

Participate in system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation of system changes and enhancements.

Assist users and maintain custom reports, queries and dashboards as requested.

Develop and deliver training materials and user guides to educate employees and managers on how to effectively use Workday features and functionalities and promote adoption.

Conduct regular audits and data integrity checks to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the HRIS system.

Support new Workday releases by researching functionality and modules, testing, and implementation.

Diagnose and resolve additional Workday support and usage issues.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer sciences, business administration, human resources or related field

Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience

Strong knowledge of People Team business processes, Workday configuration, and Workday administration

High attention to detail
-
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements or objectives
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
