As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce platform to support our mission of providing exceptional legal services. In this role, you will work closely with lawyers to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions. You’ll also develop integrations with various systems that support our global operations, serving over 200 users across multiple Salesforce orgs.

Responsibilities
- Customization & Development: Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Customize objects, fields, workflows, and page layouts to meet business requirements.
- Process Automation: Automate business processes through Flows, Workflow Rules, Apex triggers, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data & System Management: Import and optimize data while ensuring data integrity and compliance with standards such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, managing updates and releases to ensure the platform operates smoothly.
- Reporting, Dashboards: Build and maintain reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Integration & API Management: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and manage third-party applications to ensure seamless data exchange across platforms.
- Testing, Security & Compliance: Conduct unit testing, write scalable and secure code, ensure code coverage for deployment, and implement security measures such as, sharing rules, and history tracking.
- User & Access Management: Create, maintain, and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to ensure proper access control.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years serving as a Salesforce developer in previous roles.
- Advanced Salesforce platform knowledge, including declarative features and customization options.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Effective verbal and written communication to work with stakeholders, including non-technical team members.
- Teamwork skills to collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and other developers.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer) highly preferred.
- Experience with the Litify legal case management platform.
- Data migrations between different Salesforce organizations.
- API management using Mulesoft.
- Exposure to SharePoint for document management.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite and Workday.
- Version Control and Deployment using Flosum.
- Exposure to the legal industry.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
