Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) within the organization. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, system security, and providing technical support to HR users.
Duties
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to maintain and enhance HR systems
- Develop and implement system configurations and enhancements
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users
- Generate custom reports and analyze HR data for decision-making
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and system testing
- Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong knowledge of pending onboarding, background check, & IT provisioning.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
