Role: Workday Financials
Requirements:
· Responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions for workforce planning and headcount management.
· Requires expertise in HR systems, workforce analytics, and IT integration to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
· Strong understanding of headcount budgeting, HR processes, and business process mapping.
· Ensures seamless integration across HRIS, finance, and workforce planning tools while maintaining data accuracy.
· Proficient in workforce planning systems, HRIS (e.g., Workday), financial planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, etc), and system integrations (APIs, ETL, Boomi, etc).

Pay: $111,395.00 - $119,169.00 per year
