Responsibilities
Workday Reports and Security Administrator
As a Workday Reporting and Security Administrator, you'll play a key role in the configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing administration of Workday within our organization. Job Duties & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize custom Workday reports and dashboards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and security requirements
Collaboration: Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Configure and maintain Workday security access controls, roles, and permissions
Monitor and audit system security to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Troubleshoot security-related issues and implement appropriate solutions
Create and update documentation for security protocols and reporting procedures
Stay current with Workday updates and new features related to reporting and security
Requirements:
Workday certification in Reporting or Security Administration, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Data analysis techniques
Experience with Workday security groups,, report writing, and data management.
Other Workday certifications or experience are welcome, but not required.
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools (including advanced reporting, calculated fields, and report writer.
Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving, requirements gathering, process improvement, and data analysis capabilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective collaboration and training.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and end-user support skills.
Understanding of data privacy and security best practices
Additional Skills: Self-starter, with adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
