ArcSource is currently seeking a driven and growth-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Client Services Project Manager with the potential to go full time in the future. The ideal candidate will be skilled in juggling multiple priorities and able to communicate clearly with busy executives. Experience in IT support is not required for this role. The most important skills we’re looking for are written/verbal communication and attention to detail.

Our Client Services Project Managers are responsible for assisting and managing various aspects of our Client Services team. Your efforts will help make our outstanding technical staff even more effective at what they are already doing. Your primary role will be managing the coordination, scheduling, and communication of small and medium scale IT projects. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational expertise, attention to detail, comfort assessing, prioritizing, and discussing computer issues. You must be on-time and dependable, flexible, good-humored, and client-focused.

Primary Responsibilities
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Part-time Tuesday-Friday during business hours (7.5 hrs/4 days a week), commuting to our office in Albany (Onsite if candidate prefers and is local), or working remotely.
- Schedule, coordinate, manage, and communicate 10-15 small and medium scale IT projects at a time, delivered to our long-term customers including creating and delivering timelines with milestones.
- Maintain regular internal and client-facing communication via email, telephone, and Slack.
- Work within the framework of our customer service processes to provide the highest quality assistance to our clients.
- Enter detailed notes, documentation, and time entries in real-time throughout the workday.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, project managing client onboarding projects.
