Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate various projects within our organization. Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
- Utilize project management tools such as Trello and Project Server to track progress and manage tasks effectively.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate program development and implementation of IT infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage relationships with stakeholders throughout the project duration.
- Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
- Monitor project performance using metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within IT or infrastructure-related projects.
- Familiarity with requirements gathering techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Trello, SAS, Workday, and Project Server for effective project tracking and reporting.
- Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
- Experience in program development within an agile framework is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Pay: $86,531.00 - $94,485.00 per year
