We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Administrator to manage and optimize the functionality, configuration, and benefits setup within our Workday platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, enhancing user experience, and aligning Workday capabilities with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday's benefits module and configuration processes, with a focus on maximizing the platform's potential to support HR and business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Configure and maintain Workday's benefits module, including health, retirement, and wellness plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- System Configuration: Design, implement, and manage Workday configurations, including business processes, notifications, and security settings, to meet organizational needs.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting: Continuously evaluate system performance, identify areas for improvement, and resolve technical issues to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.
- Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance, maintaining the integrity of employee and benefits information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide guidance to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Workday's features and functionalities.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of Workday updates and new features, implementing relevant enhancements to improve system capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Workday Administrator, with a focus on benefits and configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in configuring Workday modules and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to benefits administration.
- Certification in Workday HCM or related modules is a plus.
