Responsibilities:

Lead configuration and support efforts for Workday Benefits and Time & Attendance modules.
Manage and execute Open Enrollment setup, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate closely with business partners to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Maintain and update configurations based on business needs and compliance requirements.
Support and troubleshoot integrations with benefit providers and other third-party systems.
Provide testing, documentation, and post-implementation support as needed.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Certified in Workday Benefits and Time & Attendance.
Proven experience successfully managing Open Enrollment cycles within Workday.
Strong understanding of Time & Attendance configuration and best practices.
Experience working with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, or Studio) is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to match a detail-oriented business partner.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
