Senior HCM Systems Analyst (Workday)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR teams to troubleshoot issues, explore enhancements, and support system changes or upgrades.
- Act as the primary contact for Workday HCM-related inquiries.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management, working with functional leads.
- Provide support for user issues and system optimization efforts.
- Manage and resolve service requests in line with SLAs, ensuring timely communication with users.
- Support change initiatives and system rollouts, helping to ensure successful adoption.
- Lead or contribute to projects and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Assist with internal audits and compliance processes related to system controls and change tracking.
- Stay updated on Workday enhancements and industry best practices to suggest improvements.
This is a direct-hire role, fully remote, but candidates must live in one of the following states: GA, AL, FL, NC, SC, TN, TX, WI, IN, VA, or OH.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience
- Excellent communication skills
