The HR Practitioner will provide accommodations and time away support for employees and candidates. This role involves managing various requests related to workplace accommodations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating a smooth process for employees requiring support. This role will be working in a fast-paced contact center environment, utilizing Salesforce Lightning to manage cases and communicate with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks, and meeting service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Accommodation Requests: Process and coordinate accommodation requests from employees and candidates through Salesforce Lightning cases, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and cross-functional teams, by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on accommodation-related matters via case management.

Maintain Compliance and Data Integrity: Ensure all accommodation processes comply with legal requirements, company policies, and guidelines, while maintaining accurate records and data in Salesforce.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with HR, Recruiting, and other teams to facilitate seamless communication, resolve complex issues, and drive process improvements.

Analyze and Resolve Issues: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to accommodations, escalating complex cases as needed, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Shift:
All candidates should be available to work any of three potential shifts Monday-Friday: 8AM-5PM Central, 9AM-6PM Central, 10AM-7PM Central.
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 months experience working in a contact center, customer service, or case management environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Google Suite.

Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Workday, or similar contact center & HR systems is a plus.
Professional Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
