Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR processes, including benefits administration and employee evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data entry is accurate and up-to-date in HR systems such as Workday and ADP.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
- Help manage organization design initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Facilitate employee evaluations by coordinating feedback processes and maintaining documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout HR practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Prepare contracts for new hires and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as Workday and ADP.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and best practices in human resources.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Previous experience in an HR role or internship is desirable but not required.
