Overview
The Partner Services Manager will work in collaboration with our school district customers (Partners) and other Agile Mind teams to ensure that administrators, teachers, and students have a valuable and positive experience in enacting our services. The Partner Service Manager delivers exceptional service increasing the likelihood of renewal and growth of supported partnerships.
Workdays and hours: Monday – Thursday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make Partners and their needs a primary focus of action in developing and sustaining productive relationships.
- Work with team members from the sales and training departments to ensure successful implementation and on-going support for our Partners.
- Provide phone and email Support Desk services for administrators, teachers, students, parents and internal employees using Agile Mind programs. Much of the activity is helping customers through technical questions or challenges and requires strong technical skills and aptitudes.
- Coordinate with district IT departments to process and upload student rosters at the beginning of the school year and maintain current rosters throughout the year in the face of student mobility and district assignment changes.
- Proactively contact Partners periodically to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities to foster successful implementations of Agile Mind programs.
- Serve as Account Manager for certain district implementations, including acting as the primary point of contact, planning and coordinating summer and school year on-site Professional Development, and conducting technical reviews and Partner reviews.
- Serve as a member of Territory Triad team for the purpose of Enacting, Renewing and Growing current Partner engagements.
- Stay current with Agile Mind system and program information, changes and updates.
- Recommend improvements in processes and follow through on the recommendations.
- Create and maintain forms using Google Workspace.
Skills and Requirements:
- Three to five years’ experience in Education / Education Technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, thoroughness, and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high energy work environment, managing a high volume of calls and email.
- Able to quickly absorb varied information and effectively incorporate it into everyday assignments to set priorities and in providing exemplary Partner support.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently make decisions that balance the needs of Partners and the Company.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a clear, concise, and understandable manner both verbally and in writing.
- Flexibility to work well independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Technical proficiency, including knowledge of Excel, Word, sFTP, including working with SaaS Systems.
- Dual fluency in Spanish and English.
- Expected travel up to 10% (planned).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
