The Senior Director of Learning and Development (L&D) will report to the EVP of Retention and Culture and oversee the Director of L&D to create, implement and deliver on the current and future learning and development initiatives at DCX. This person will lead our growing L&D team to ensure strategy and curriculum execution is at the highest level and aligned with company goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Responsible for the development of L&D strategy based on company growth, client industry, employee need and constant program improvement in all areas.
- Responsible for the quality of the execution of all L&D programs
- Management of one direct report and oversight of the entire DCX L&D team
- Strong understanding of client industries and employee roles to determine educational and training program development
- Responsible for oversight and improvement in all areas of the employee journey including onboarding, orientation, learning and development and measurement
- Partnership and collaboration with other internal teams to make improvements to the learning programs
- Responsible for annual budgeting and management of associated cost centers
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or Curriculum Instruction emphasis highly preferred.
Ideal Experience:
- 4+ years in a similar role.
- Experience using EOS
- Experience using Workday
- Experience developing learning materials that were fully implemented within a Learning Management System
- Developed company leadership training program(s)
- Has managed fully a virtual team
- Led learning, development and training capabilities for a large company
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communications skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
Travel: Travel to the Philippines on an annual basis
