This role will focus on data management, employee status changes, and case resolution within Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of HR transactions. What You Will Be Accountable For
- Process and support employee lifecycle transactions (hires, terminations, promotions, leave, compensation changes) within Workday HRIS.
- Manage and respond to ServiceNow HR service tickets and Workday requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution within established SLA timeframes.
- Coordinate HR employee activities including compensation, benefit, payroll, and other admin changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR data integrity, audits, and compliance.
- Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into HR systems.
- Conduct daily case management reviews and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with the HCM team on engagement surveys, end-of-year audits, and process improvement initiatives.
- Create and run reports within Workday as needed to support the day-to-day operations of business.
- Identify and implement operational improvements through research and analysis.
What Qualifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field and 2+ years’ experience in an HR, case management, or data management position.
- Experience using Workday HRIS and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for HR case management.
- Background in HR operations, employee data management, compensation, or benefits administration preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience supporting multiple business units and understanding of HR compliance and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and root cause analysis experience.
