•Architect and implement IBM MDM solutions, including IBM InfoSphere MDM Advanced Edition (AE), Standard Edition (SE), and Collaborative Edition (CE).
• Provide technical leadership for MDM projects, including data modelling, integration, data quality, and business rules implementation.
• Lead MDM solution design, data governance frameworks, and data stewardship processes aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define MDM strategy, data governance policies, and implementation roadmaps.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and standardization to ensure high-quality master data management.
• Support presales activities, including solution presentations, demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive MDM adoption and articulate business value to clients.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify and address MDM-related challenges.
• Design and implement data governance frameworks to support enterprise-wide data management strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in MDM implementation.
