About The Role
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager Intern who is a motivated self-starter, and strategic problem solver. A person with great verbal and written skills, organized, able to manage their time, and can multitask multiple deadlines. If you would like to help build efficient organizations, this is the role for you! In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Help manage and implement projects to completion, ensuring outcomes and timelines are met.
- Scheduling, initiating and optimizing systems like Slack and JIRA to coordinate projects, both internally and with stakeholders.
- Build strong connections across different levels and roles, help bring together key partners to identify and prioritize areas of focus, and influence with intent.
- Use problem solving skills and critical thinking to resolve challenges and roadblocks with innovative solutions.
- Establish high standards of performance and encourage others to think creatively to discover new ways of working.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree, to which you will return to in Fall 2025
- Expected Graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
- Able to commit to full time internship program for 12 weeks during summer of 2025
Other Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), or SerciceNow is a plus
- Passionate about technology
- A strong strategic, creative problem solver, with technical and analytical expertise
- Able to think strategically and act very tactically
- Passionate about crafting phenomenal content for internal use
- Strong communicator using verbal, written, visual/presentation skills

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
