About The Role
As part of Workday’s Global Partner Operations organization, the Partner Support & Digital Management is a key partner-facing team that supports partners in several ways and consists of 2 core functions.
General Global Support Desk
- This team provides front-line support to partners and internal workmates.
- Manages the end-end partner enrollment and initial onboarding process
- Manages partner incentive payout process
- Case/inbox management
- System testing
Partner Digital Management/Support
- A scalable support function for long-tail partners
- Build programs and content for our unmanaged partner base (“digitally” managed)
- Handles inbound requests from this partner base
- Partners closely with our Enablement team to develop webinars and assets for this specific partner base on an ongoing basis.
We are currently looking for a manager to help mature and strengthen this function that can organize and execute on the needs of our growing partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for ensuring we can scale our ecosystem without linear growth in our partner management and operational support roles. The ideal candidate is experienced in navigating customer/support facing roles, has a passion for quality and service, is organized with demonstrable ability to adhere to timelines and SLAs, and excels working in a multifaceted, fast paced environment.
About You
Basic Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a partner, revenue operations or GTM support role in a in SaaS or cloud-based organization
- 5+ years of experience in a people leadership capacity
Other Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting partner ecosystems and driving transformation and automation
- A demonstrated history of success guiding and developing teams
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements from collaborators into technical specifications, including Salesforce integration impacts; develop an action plan for associated internal systems as needed.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with different levels, including executive leadership, as well as collaborate with multi-functional business partners and technical teams.
- Able to work independently and in a team, meticulous, critical thinker and performance driven
- Strong ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and recommend improvements to processes.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Effective meeting management and steadfast follow through on action items
- Project coordination and project management skills are essential.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to research solutions to issues as they arise.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and GSuite.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
