Our client is looking for a Workday Financial Administrator to join their team!
Location: This role will be onsite 2-3 days per week in the Dunwoody (Atlanta) area. 2-3 days are remote each week. Candidates need to be local to the Atlanta area or willing to relocate to the Atlanta area.
Salary: $120,000 annual salary
Here is what you will be doing:
- Configure and manage all Workday Financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Procurement), ensuring seamless operation and alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain and enhance Workday configurations to adapt to evolving business needs and ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide expert-level support for system issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve or escalate them as necessary.
- Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, Connectors, and EIBs (inbound and outbound).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all internal Workday processes and configurations.
- Evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance system performance.
Here is what our ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of Workday Financials experience.
- Proficiency in core Workday Financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Expenses, and Banking & Settlement.
- Experience with Workday reporting tools, including Advanced Reporting and Composite Reports.
- Knowledge of Workday integration tools, including Studio, EIBs, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, APIs, RaaS, Web Services, XSLT, and REST URLs.
- Workday Pro Financials certification is a plus.
- Adaptive Planning experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Boomi integration platform is a plus.
- Strong financial administration background.
