We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Full-Time Personal Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an agency owner. The ideal candidate will be constantly connected during working hours to ensure seamless communication, efficient task management, and real-time assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with the agency owner throughout the workday
- Manage social media platforms, including audience engagement and content scheduling
- Handle email communications, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of important messages
- Organize and maintain a structured inbox, flagging critical correspondence
- Provide real-time administrative and personal assistance, including scheduling and task coordination
- Assist in day-to-day operations to optimize productivity
Requirements:
- Full-time availability (6:30 AM to 5 PM AST) with constant accessibility
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven experience in executive/personal assistance, email management, and social media oversight
- Proficiency in productivity and communication tools (Gmail, Slack, Notion, Trello, etc.)
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
Compensation:
