### **Workday Supply Chain Consultant (WSS & Workday Supply Chain Expert)**
#### **Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced **Workday Supply Chain (WSS) Consultant** to support and optimize Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, deploying, and enhancing Workday Supply Chain solutions, particularly in **procurement, inventory management, supplier management, and financial integrations**.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Configure and Implement WSS:** Lead the setup and optimization of Workday Supply Chain modules, ensuring seamless integration with Finance and HR.
- **Process Optimization:** Analyze and improve procurement, inventory, and supply chain workflows to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- **System Enhancements:** Customize Workday SCM to align with business needs, leveraging Workday Studio, EIBs, and integration tools.
- **Data Management & Reporting:** Develop reports and dashboards for inventory, procurement, and supplier performance insights.
- **Training & Support:** Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support for Workday Supply Chain processes.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless system performance and data integrity.
#### **Required Qualifications:**
- **3+ years of Workday Supply Chain experience** (WSS, Procurement, Inventory, and Supplier Management).
- Strong understanding of **Workday Financials** and integration with SCM.
- Hands-on experience with **Workday integrations (EIBs, Studio, PECI, API connections, etc.).**
- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide best practices for SCM processes.
- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and end-users.
- Workday Pro Certification (Supply Chain or Financials) is a plus.
#### **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in **healthcare, higher education, or large enterprise environments** using Workday SCM.
- Familiarity with **ERP migrations, system conversions, and Workday adoption strategies**.
- Knowledge of **inventory demand planning, supplier risk management, and contract lifecycle management** within Workday.
