About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, savvy, and fast-moving Project Manager to help us stay on task with our sales and marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all steps in our campaigns—across LinkedIn, email, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Google Ads, and content creation—are properly mapped, assigned, and executed. Your role is to keep things moving, anticipate next steps, and help us stay accountable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Track and manage sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with objectives.
- Task Assignment: Catalog every step of our campaigns and make sure the right people are handling them.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and execution.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in execution, suggest improvements, and implement better workflows.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor performance and provide updates on campaign progress.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in Sales & Marketing PM Roles – You’ve managed projects that involve marketing campaigns, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and sales processes.
- Tech-Savvy – You have hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented – You don’t wait for someone to tell you the next step—you anticipate it.
- Great Communicator – You’re clear, concise, and can collaborate across multiple teams.
- Located in the Americas & Available in EST – You’ll need to be available to talk with the team during the workday.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with copywriting & design tools like Canva, Adobe, or AI-assisted content creation.
- Experience optimizing ad campaigns for Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, but we need someone who can be responsive, organized, and capable of keeping our sales and marketing efforts moving forward.
