I'm looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist—someone who blends recruiting expertise with technical proficiency in Greenhouse and automation tools.
Core Competencies:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Operations
- Experience sourcing and placing contractors, particularly for technical and revenue-focused roles
- Proficiency in outbound sourcing, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other talent platforms.
- Skilled in contractor negotiations, onboarding, and compliance.
Greenhouse ATS Administration
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing Greenhouse, including configuring workflows, job postings, and custom fields.
- Ability to automate processes such as interview scheduling, email sequences, and pipeline management.
- Comfortable with integrations (Zapier, APIs, and HR tools like Justworks, Hubstaff, etc.).
Process Automation & Workflow Optimization
- Strong understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Greenhouse CRM, scripting if needed) to streamline sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Experience setting up chatbots, AI-driven sourcing tools, or automation sequences to improve hiring efficiency.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to refine processes and improve hiring outcomes.
Contractor Community Building
- Can engage with and nurture a pipeline of fractional workers, ensuring a steady talent pool for RevOpsforce projects.
- Experience with freelance/gig workforce engagement strategies.
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in consulting, tech-enabled staffing, or talent marketplaces.
- Prior exposure to RevOps, SaaS, or B2B hiring landscapes.
- Strong technical acumen with Greenhouse, HR tech stacks, and automation tools.
