Sr. Compensation Analyst
My client has a full time opening for a Sr. Compensation Analyst. This is a hybrid role and Workday experience is required. Position will involve the following:
- Compensation survey submission and review process
- Work in benefit program area as well as compensation best practices
- Coordinate employee changes with Workday team
- Gather and assess data from market-based compensation surveys
- Manage all administrative elements of the long-term incentive (LTI) program with the third-party stock plan administrator and payroll
- Year-end compensation planning
- Identify emerging compensation trends
- Annual pay equity analysis
