Title: Workday Compensation Product Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6+ Months
Works with colleague around workday / service now configuration and reporting work
Workday is newer for their environment (within the last year), looking at what is working, making improvements, etc.
Compensation module is part of HCM
"Compensation Module" focuses on managing employee compensation details like pay scales, bonuses, and merit increases
Workday Compensation Product Manager Support:
His team is group of product managers in HR technology
Specifically looking for someone who has a lot of workday product mgt, with some configuration experience for compensation module specifically
Advanced and regular compensation which covers the whole cycle
Work with their customers is important**
Can be a product manager or a product owner but they need experience with both gathering requirements and building roadmap / strategy
This person will start off looking back at the year, making necessary configuration changes, working with clients to gather feedback and requirements, and then in the future move into building roadmaps and strategy
Bout 50/50 with execution vs strategy
Must Have Skills/ Requirements:
He would say 3+ yrs of workday product experience, specifically with comp
Ability to work with clients to gather requirements
Ability to do configurations
Nice to Have Skills/ Requirements:
Other workday modules like core HR would be cherry on top
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
