Should have 3+ years of experience working as Pega BA on Pega development projects
Should have good knowledge of Pega product features, frameworks, and functional design
Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
Should have excellent hand-on experience in requirement analysis for Agile development methodology
Should have experience in writing user stories in Jira and documentation in confluence

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive requirement gathering by working directly with the client
business and IT teams to align technology with business strategy and goals
Writing user stories in Jira and documentation in confluence
Provide high quality value adding solutions to customers using Pega platform
Support Development and Testing teams in resolving any queries related to requirements with their deep functional and domain expertise
Conduct solution demos and prepare effort estimates
