The Payroll Analyst is responsible for enterprise-wide payroll, managing multi-state, end to end payroll for multiple business segments (FEINs). The Payroll Analyst will manage payroll across our HR systems and platforms, Workday, OSV, and Paycom. In addition to managing payroll with the highest attention to detail, this position will work cross-functionally, and will seek and recommend opportunities for efficiency and process improvement that is in alignment with industry best practices. The Payroll Analyst will own state payroll tax registration and compliance, ensuring all enrollments are kept current.
The Payroll Analyst will consult and play a key role on payroll data migration and system projects. They will successfully apply company policies and procedures to their work and leverage technology to build efficiencies and ensure payroll is successful each time it is run.
This individual will be skilled at developing strong relationships with excellent communication to keep partners abreast of interdependencies, risks, and changing needs. As a dynamic and key partner on the HR team, they will also partner on occasional ad-hoc, non-payroll projects and tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Oversee end-to-end, multi-state, multi-FEIN, multi-system payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Functional Workday Ownership
Partner with the HR team on annual projects, such as, but not limited to merit planning, 401K audit, W2, and ACA reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
COMPENSATION

$70,000-$90,000 annually. Compensation is based off of a number of factors like experience and location.
