Position Overview & Deliverables: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our IT and business integration projects within the workplace benefits financial integration domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, enabling them to effectively manage complex projects such as SAP to Workday conversions, Employee/Group Benefits domain knowledge and must have financial ERP (SAP HCM / Workday HCM/Oracle HCM/similar) experience. This role requires a deep understanding of both IT and business processes to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.

- End-to-End Technology Transformation and Project Delivery
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver integration projects on time and within budget.
- Conducting thorough business analysis to identify requirements and develop detailed project plans.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization.
- Overseeing the technical aspects of integration projects, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in integration processes.
- Extensive "Insurance domain" expertise is a must.
