Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting operations. This role will serve as a key liaison between recruiting teams, talent partners, and operational stakeholders, ensuring that hiring processes are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance recruiting workflows, assessment techniques, and system integrations.
- Scope projects, define milestones, allocate resources, and establish success metrics.
- Track project progress and ensure accountability among hiring managers, recruiting leaders, and functional stakeholders.
- Support recruiting leadership with headcount allocation, resource planning, and workforce management.
- Implement and refine diversity hiring strategies and develop best practice playbooks.
- Benchmark interview practices against industry standards and recommend improvements.
- Monitor key hiring metrics and provide insights to optimize recruiting performance.
- Partner with HR, operations, and technology teams to enhance recruiting systems and tools.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency and improve candidate experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management.
- 9+ years of total professional experience in operations, recruiting, or business strategy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Workday (a plus).
- Background in recruiting or human resources is preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA/MA) is a plus.
Compensation range for position is $162,000 – 180,000 DOE.
