The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a critical role that fosters relationships with employees at all levels. Strategic HR Leadership: Serve as a key member of the global HRBP team, leading the execution of strategic HR initiatives in employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Business Partnership: Partner closely with functional leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and proactive support on organizational design, performance management, talent strategies, and workforce planning.

Change Management: Function as a trusted advisor and change agent, ensuring business transformations align with company culture, are effectively communicated, and maintain employee engagement.

Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations matters in collaboration with managers, employees, and Legal, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

HR Consultation: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees, addressing a range of HR-related inquiries, concerns, and initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, provide insights, and develop strategic recommendations that drive employee productivity and engagement.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements, best practices, and tools to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other People Team members to design and deliver best-in-class HR programs, processes, and training that support business growth.

Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly present HR insights, talent assessments, and employee engagement data to leaders and employees, facilitating discussions that drive action and accountability.

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of HR experience with a minimum of 4 years of direct HRBP experience.
- Experience and knowledge of employee relations; the principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resources Management.

Experienced in coaching managers and employees and in giving direct, constructive feedback.

Able to prepare professional presentation materials and comprehensive reports and represent ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

Demonstrated problem solver and able to synthesize information quickly to address issues in a timely fashion.
