Responsibilities
Kforce's client has an immediate need for two Senior Workday Integration Developers/Boomi. This candidate will work in a Product Manager capacity for a remote contract position, 6-12 + months. Dell Boomi is required. This is a Global rollout to 11 Countries. Summary: With minimal supervision, this individual will need to work closely with the business and technical teams to ensure that the IT work is completed with proper requirements, solid technical designs, oversee build, ensure proper testing and oversee delivery that is on time and on budget. Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper requirements are gathered, documented and clearly state the needs of the business
- Translate requirements and processes into realistic, innovative business and system design solutions
- Ensure designs are well documented and socialized with technical teams to achieve alignment on approach and future strategy
- Work closely with all technical teams, including boundary systems, and close gaps quickly to speed up the system development process
- Ensure unit testing and integration testing including the documentation of unit test plans and evidence of testing is completed
- Act as a workstream lead to ensure plans that support key process areas meet business requirements now and for the future
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certifications a plus in cloud technology applications (Workday, AWS, ServiceNOW, etc.)
- 8+ years of proven HR experience working as a technical lead and experienced systems analyst for major projects
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Integration types including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, BIRT reports, RAAS, custom and calculated fields, XPATH, XML, and XSLT File Transformation Knowledge
- 5+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
- 5+ years of Dell Boomi iPaaS Integration Hub using APIs, web services connectors, packaged components, extensions, security certifications, debugging error and process logs. Experience deploying code from Atoms to Molecules and ensuring technical development produces performance best practices in Boomi
- 5+ years technical foundation experience with Workday Recruiting, HCM (Position Mgmt., Security, MSS/ESS, Onboarding), Compensation, Advanced Compensation
- Strong experience with core HR processes and supporting cross functional technology platforms
- Experience with Performance, Succession Planning, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Prism and Extend is a plus
- Technical expertise with application development to assist with the design and specification development desired
- Capable of translating and presenting technical concepts into practical business terms in both small and large group settings
- Well organized individual who can prioritize tasks and cut through details to identify units of work needed to complete the project
- Excellent communications skills are essential
- A "get-it-done" attitude; Ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Beeline experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
