We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Global Benefits to lead our global benefits strategy and execution, ensuring our programs align with the company’s values and goals. As part of the leadership team, this position will help shape and drive the benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent across the globe.
The Role and What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager, U.S. Benefits to oversee and manage the administration of all U.S. employee benefits programs for TKO. This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, managing day-to-day benefits operations, and providing expert guidance to employees on benefits-related matters. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, payroll, and legal, to drive the design, implementation, and communication of benefit offerings that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage and administer the full spectrum of U.S. employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans (401(k)), wellness programs, paid time off (PTO), and other voluntary benefits.
- Compliance & Regulatory:
- Ensure all U.S. benefits programs are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA). Monitor changes in legislation and manage necessary adjustments to programs.
- Vendor Management:
- In partnership with the VP, Global Benefits, engage with benefits vendors and external partners, ensuring service delivery aligns with company expectations. Manage relationships with insurance brokers, carriers, and other benefit service providers.
- Open Enrollment:
- Lead the planning and execution of annual open enrollment campaigns. Coordinate the communication, training, and enrollment processes, ensuring employees have a clear understanding of their benefit options.
- Employee Communication:
- Assist in the development of clear, concise, and comprehensive benefit communication materials to enhance employee understanding and engagement. Provide guidance to employees regarding their benefits options and eligibility.
- Budget & Cost Management:
- Assist in the development and management of the benefits budget. Monitor spending and ensure benefits programs remain cost-effective while meeting the needs of employees.
- Team Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the Total Rewards and HR team to align benefits offerings with overall organizational goals and employee well-being. Provide support to HR colleagues during new hire orientations, benefit fairs or other events where needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. employee benefits, federal and state laws, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with benefits data and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Preferred proficiency in benefits administration software and other HRIS systems including Workday.
