Job Description
Attain Partners is searching for a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance trainer who can effectively train end-users for one of our higher education clients. This is an initial short-term, full-time role with the opportunity of extension upon mutual agreement.
Job Responsibilities
- Apply a structured methodology and lead training activities across the university system for all functional areas within HCM and Finance.
- Develop, support and execute communication efforts related to end-user training such as timing, logistics, etc.
- Identify training needs be conducting a Training Needs Analysis and exampling current Workday job aids for gaps.
- Facilitate Instructor-led training sessions
- Develop Workday job aids across all functional areas and develop a strategy for where to house all artifacts for end-users' ease of access
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in leading training efforts associated with ERP implementations
- Demonstrate high quality Workday ecosystem understanding
- Ability to work collaboratively in a project team
- Ability to travel to the Northeast, if required
- Demonstrates ability to stay current in Workday user interface understanding
- Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience
