Job Summary: As a Senior Product Manager specializing in Workday Compensation, you will be the bridge between our technical team and business needs. Your expertise in Workday, particularly in Core and Advanced Compensation, will be essential in driving successful product delivery and ensuring efficient processes. You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities: · Partner closely with the Workday Compensation technical team to define and manage product roadmaps and priorities.
· Lead the delivery and execution of Workday Compensation enhancements, focusing on the focal cycle (salary, bonus, stock).
· Document and optimize processes related to Workday Compensation changes.
· Manage team ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Support focal cycle activities related to the potential Discover acquisition.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications.
· Utilize your Workday expertise to ensure efficient and effective system utilization.
· Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of product enhancements.
· Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements: · 1-2 years of project management experience.
· Experience with SaaS platforms.
· Strong understanding of the Workday platform is required.
· Experience with Workday Compensation modules is required.
· Ability to make configurations within Workday compensation.
· Process and delivery focused.
· Ability to document and execute changes within Workday.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $60.33 per hour
