Location/Remote: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30328 (2 days onsite/week)

Compensation: up to $120k base salary (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Workday Financial Management system, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
- Configure and support key financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Expenses, and Banking & Settlement.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Provide end-user support and training on Workday Financials functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Manage Workday updates and releases.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of practical experience managing Workday Financials.
- Expert-level knowledge of core financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Expenses, Banking & Settlement).
- Proficiency in utilizing Workday's reporting functionalities, including Advanced and Composite Reports, to extract and analyze financial data.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and resolving Workday integrations using various tools (Studio, EIBs, Connectors, APIs, etc.).
- Experience leveraging financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning) for budgeting and forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing process enhancements, innovative solutions, and compliance protocols.
Preferred Skills (not required):
- Preferred Workday Pro certification in Financials.
- Preferred certifications in specialized FIN modules (Procurement, Expense Management, Adaptive Planning).
- Familiarity with the Boomi integration platform (preferred).
