Workday Administrator
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.
We are currently looking for a Workday Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for HR Business Partners and HR COEs, providing solutions and impact analysis related to Workday HCM functions.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HRIS platform, ensuring compliance with service levels, system performance, and data integrity.
- Configure, test, validate, and implement business process changes within Workday.
- Analyze system configurations and procedures to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and deliver Workday reports, dashboards, and meaningful metrics.
- Lead Workday projects, ensuring execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Communicate operational issues, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Act as a liaison with Workday and third-party service providers.
- Ensure compliance with audits, data protection, SOX regulations, and EEO/AA policies.
- Support HR and Payroll teams in HR operational processes, including payroll, benefits, EIBs, and reporting.
- Assist in testing integrations, security, and annual Workday events.
- Document internal knowledge base and process improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of HRIS experience.
- 2-4 years of Workday technical and functional experience.
- Workday configuration experience, including business processes and reporting.
- Strong organizational and process management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday Payroll and Talent Acquisition.
- Workday integration experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite.
